Is the ride-on seat safe for children?
Yes, within its limits. The luggage has an aluminium frame rated to 100 kg and a wider base for stability, and the Carry On, Check In, Carry On Plus and Check In Plus include a built-in safety belt to secure your child. Children must be able to sit unassisted and should always be supervised by an adult. Use it on flat surfaces only, never on escalators or stairs.
What age can a child ride on MiaMily luggage?
MiaMily does not set a minimum age; the rule is that the child must be able to sit unassisted, be belted in, and be supervised. Most families use the ride-on from the toddler years. The 100 kg capacity means older kids and adults can sit on it too.
Does the Carry On Pro have a ride-on seat?
The Carry On Pro has a reinforced Sit Ready shell that supports up to 100 kg, so you can sit on it at the gate. It does not include the child seatbelt or the seat-back bag hook of the Carry On, Check In and Plus models, so it suits older kids, teens and adults rather than toddlers.
Can I use the seat as a high chair?
The Carry On Plus is designed so the built-in seat doubles as a high chair on the go, with the wheel brake keeping the case still while your child is seated. Always belt your child in and stay with them.
What happens to the seat when I travel without a child?
It becomes a bag holder. Hook or stack a nappy bag, tote or briefcase on the seat, or sit on it yourself during long waits.
What are the dimensions and weight of the Carry On?
