What Does the Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in your MiaMily luggage for the product's usable life, starting from the original date of purchase. Specifically, the warranty applies to:
- Zippers: Broken or malfunctioning zippers.
- Handles: Broken or defective handles.
- Wheels: Broken or defective wheels.
- Stitching: Defective stitching that results in loose threads or open seams.
- Fabrics and Materials: Defects in the materials used in the luggage, such as tears or fraying that occur during normal use.
What is Not Covered?
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Scuffs, scratches, or damage that occurs due to regular use over time.
- Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, or abuse, such as excessive force, exposure to extreme conditions, or improper care.

- Unauthorised Repairs: Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or alterations.
- Damage caused by airline handling.
Warranty Process
Proof of Purchase: To claim the warranty, you must provide proof of purchase from an authorised MiaMily Luggage Australia retailer.
- Warranty Claim Submission: Submit your warranty claim via our website http://help.coolkidz.com.au Please include details of the defect and photographs if possible.
- Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim to determine if the defect is covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty. If the defect is covered, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product at no cost to you.
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable model.
- Offer a refund or store credit if a repair or replacement is not possible.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product for evaluation. If the defect is covered, we will cover the return shipping costs to send the repaired or replaced product back to you.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- This warranty does not extend to luggage used for rental, commercial, or professional purposes.
- MiaMily Luggage Australia reserves the right to discontinue models, colours, and styles, and may replace your product with a model of comparable value and function if necessary.
